What we collect on this site
Your name, clinic name, email address, which booking platform you use, and anything you type in the optional message field — and only when you submit the contact form. We don't run third-party ad trackers, and we don't collect anything you haven't typed.
Why we collect it
To prepare your estimate and reply to you. That's the whole list. We don't sell your information, share it with anyone else, or add you to a marketing list.
Client lists from clinics
When a clinic works with us, the clinic exports its own client list from its own booking system, under a signed agreement. We use that list only for that clinic's campaign, we never use it for any other purpose, and we delete it whenever the clinic asks.
Retention and deletion
Messages you send through the form are kept in our business inbox so we can follow up with you. Email hello@relayopsapp.com at any time and we'll delete your information.
Compliance
We follow PIPEDA (Canada's federal privacy law) and CASL (Canada's anti-spam law). Messages we send to a clinic's clients rely on the existing business relationship between the clinic and its clients, and every opt-out is honored immediately.
